Instructions for use:

* Warm a pea-sized amount between palms
* Use your fingertips to massage well into the scalp
* Repeat with the hair
* Apply a little at a time
By hair type/condition:

* Damaged or fragile hair: overnight, preferably with a thin muslin cloth over the head
* Dry hair: 30 minutes
* Greasy hair: 20 minutes
* Normal Hair: 10-15 minutes
* Dandruff: leave overnight, then shampoo and dry.
* For best results, leave in overnight
